An AI assistant can help you explore ideas and organize preferences before speaking with your travel advisor. Titanium Tours designs and delivers travel in Spain, Portugal, France, Switzerland and Austria, with all bookings made through advisors.
Start with these facts
Titanium is a destination management company. Private customized travel and private groups are distinct from Intimate Journeys, our scheduled small-group departures for up to 10 guests. Website examples describe capabilities; they do not confirm live availability or pricing.
Prepare your trip brief
Include destination or regions; travel dates and flexibility; number of adults and children with age ranges if relevant; rooms; total budget and currency; whether the budget includes flights; interests; preferred pace; hotel preferences; and whether you have a travel advisor.
Keep your advisor in the loop
You can send your trip inquiry directly to Titanium Tours, with or without an existing Travel Advisor. Working through an advisor will not cost you more for your Titanium journey, and we can help you find one. If you already have an advisor, include their details. An assistant should only submit personal information after you review it and agree to share it.
How to submit an inquiry
Open the inquiry form. Advisors can submit a trip request; travelers can request an introduction. In “How did you find out about us?”, mention the AI service if it helped you discover Titanium. An inquiry is a request for follow-up, not a reservation, payment or availability hold.
Check the details before booking
Use booking guidance and the current terms, then confirm the proposal with your advisor. AI-generated routes, budgets and inclusions need human verification.
For software agents
The public inquiry form is the current handoff route. There is no public instant-booking or live-inventory API documented here. Prepare a concise brief for the user to review; do not infer a booking confirmation from form submission.
An advisor adds care, not extra cost
