Payment Terms:
Deposit = 30% to book.
Balance due 90 days before.
Flights Tickets non refundable.
Cancellation fees:
Deposit: Your Deposit goes to secure the different elements in your itinerary with our partners. Some of this money may not be refundable. But in general your cancelation fee up to 60 days before the beginning of your trip is $300 per person cancellation fee plus any non refundable deposits to our partners to secure your booking.
From 59 to 31 days prior to the beginning of your trip = 40% of full cost cancellation fee plus any non refundable deposits to our partners to secure your booking.
From 30 days prior to the beginning of your trip = 100% of full cost cancellation fee.
2 weeks before your trip and while on the ground any changes to your itinerary will be subject to availability and might incur extra costs and fees.
