Booking Questions
Can travelers book directly?
Yes, travelers are welcome to send their trip inquiry directly to Titanium Tours. Bookings are arranged through Travel Advisors, and working through one will not cost you more for your Titanium Tours journey. If you do not have an advisor, we can help you find one. If you already have one, share their details and we will coordinate with them.
What destinations and services do you offer?
We cover Spain, Portugal, France, Switzerland and Austria directly. A proposal can combine accommodations, guides, experiences, transfers and other requested travel services. Only the services listed in your final confirmed itinerary are included.
What should an inquiry contain?
Destination, travel dates or flexibility, party size, room configuration, interests, preferred pace and a budget with its currency and basis. State whether flights are included in that budget. Advisors should include their agency and contact details.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Our contact page gives a target of 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on complexity. The team will advise the expected timing at the beginning; this is not a guaranteed response deadline.
What are the deposit and balance terms?
The published standard for private customized travel is a 50% deposit to book, with the balance due 90 days before travel. Supplier requirements and group arrangements can differ. Always follow the payment terms in your specific proposal and review the current terms and conditions.
What happens if I cancel or change plans?
Cancellation charges depend on timing and may include nonrefundable supplier payments. Flights are nonrefundable under the published standard terms. Changes close to departure or during travel are subject to availability and may incur costs. Consult your proposal and the full cancellation schedule before booking or requesting changes.
Is there a minimum trip size or spend?
Our homepage states that we operate with no minimums. The cost and feasibility of each request depend on the services, season, itinerary and party size. Indicative destination budgets describe a particular travel style; they are not universal booking minimums or live quotes.
Are Intimate Journeys private tours?
No. Intimate Journeys are departures for up to 10 guests sharing a set core itinerary. Ask your advisor about a customized private journey if you prefer to travel only with your own party.
