How Titanium Tours Works
Your advisor and your destination team
Your travel advisor brings their understanding of you and your priorities. Titanium Tours contributes destination knowledge, travel design, local coordination and guest support. All bookings are made through travel advisors.
1. Share the brief
Send us your destinations, dates or flexibility, number of travelers, room preferences, budget and interests. Include the experiences that matter most and the pace you enjoy. If you have a Travel Advisor, include their details; if you need one, we can help you find one.
2. Shape the journey
Our designers develop a proposal that brings accommodations, experiences and transport together. Your advisor works with us on adjustments. Our published quote target is 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on complexity; the team advises the expected timing for your request.
3. Review and confirm
Review the final proposal, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms with your advisor. Services remain subject to availability until confirmed. A request or an illustrative itinerary is not a confirmed booking.
4. Prepare to travel
We provide detailed travel documentation that can carry your advisor’s branding. Your confirmed itinerary supplies service details and the contacts relevant to your journey.
5. Enjoy support on the ground
Our Guest Experience team helps with practical questions and communicates about the journey. Travelers receive a dedicated US texting contact and local emergency contacts. Last-minute changes depend on availability and may carry additional costs.

Our public offering includes NET USD FIT quotes, US-based credit card processing and white-label itinerary documents. Ask the team about the commercial arrangements and service details applicable to your booking.
